This Privacy Policy regarding personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy") has been developed in compliance with the requirements of Clause 2, Part 1, Article 18.1 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data" (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Law") to ensure the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms when processing personal data, including the right to privacy, personal, and family confidentiality.
This Policy applies to all information that Sibirskoe Moloko LLC, OGRN 1137025000529, INN 7002016947 (hereinafter referred to as "Sibirskoe Moloko LLC"), may obtain about the User via the "Internet" through the website sibirskoe-moloko.ru.
In accordance with Part 2, Article 18.1 of the Personal Data Law, this Policy is publicly available.
1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. Administration of Sibirskoe Moloko LLC – authorized employees responsible for managing the company on behalf of Sibirskoe Moloko LLC, who organize and/or process personal data, as well as determine the purposes of processing, the scope of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed with personal data.
1.1.2. Personal Data – any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable individual (data subject).
1.1.3. Processing of Personal Data – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, or destruction, whether automated or not.
1.1.4. Confidentiality of Personal Data – a mandatory requirement for Sibirskoe Moloko LLC or any other party with access to personal data to prevent their dissemination without the consent of the data subject or other legal grounds.
1.1.5. User – any individual accessing the website sibirskoe-moloko.ru via the Internet.
1.1.6. Cookies – a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or browser sends back to the server in an HTTP request when attempting to open a page of the corresponding site.
1.1.7. IP Address – a unique network address of a node in a computer network using the IP protocol.
2.1. The use of sibirskoe-moloko.ru constitutes the User’s consent to this Privacy Policy and the processing of their personal data for the duration of such use.
2.2. If the User disagrees with the terms of this Policy and refuses the processing of personal data, they must cease using sibirskoe-moloko.ru or disable cookies in their browser settings.
2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to sibirskoe-moloko.ru. Sibirskoe Moloko LLC does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites or resources accessible via links on sibirskoe-moloko.ru.
2.4. The Administration of sibirskoe-moloko.ru does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the User.
3.1. This Policy establishes Sibirskoe Moloko LLC’s obligations regarding the non-disclosure and protection of personal data provided by the User upon request when registering a personal account or placing an order without registration.
3.2. Personal data permitted for processing under this Policy is voluntarily provided by the User and includes:
Full name;
Email address;
Phone number.
3.3. The Administration protects automatically transmitted data when viewing ads or pages with a statistical script ("pixel"):
IP address;
Cookie data;
Browser information (or other program accessing ads);
Access time;
Page address with the ad block;
Referrer (previous page address).
3.3.1. Disabling cookies may restrict access to parts of sibirskoe-moloko.ru requiring authorization.
3.3.2. The Administration collects visitor IP addresses for technical troubleshooting.
4.1. The Administration may use personal data for:
User identification for order placement and/or sales contracts;
Providing access to personalized website features;
Communication with the User (notifications, requests);
Ensuring security and fraud prevention;
Verifying the accuracy of provided data.
5.1. Processing occurs during the consent period, by lawful means, including automated systems.

5.5. The Administration and User shall cooperate to mitigate damages from data breaches.
6.1. The User must:
Provide accurate personal data required for website use.
6.2. The Administration must:
Use data only for purposes stated in Section 4;
Maintain confidentiality, except as per Sections 5.2–5.3;
Implement standard protective measures;
Block data upon User request if inaccuracies or violations are found.
7.1. Sibirskoe Moloko LLC is liable for damages caused by unlawful data use under Russian law, except as per Sections 5.2–5.3 and 7.2.
7.2. No liability applies if the data:
Was already public;
Was obtained from a third party before receipt;
Was disclosed with User consent.
8.1. Before court action, a written claim must be submitted for voluntary settlement.
8.2. The recipient has 5 business days to respond.
8.3. Unresolved disputes are referred to court at Sibirskoe Moloko LLC’s location under Russian law.
9.1. Changes to this Policy may be made without User consent.
9.2. The updated Policy takes effect upon posting on sibirskoe-moloko.ru, unless otherwise stated.
